Returns and Replacements
FullSend 22 VCC Co. partners with a third‑party dropshipping fulfillment provider to produce and ship all apparel and merchandise. Because items are made to order, returns are only accepted in cases of misprints, defects, or damage.
To request a replacement, customers must submit clear photos of the issue. Required photos include:
- The defective area (misprint, hole, tear, or damage)
- The full item laid flat
- The packing slip, if available
Once photos are submitted, our fulfillment partner reviews the claim and determines the appropriate course of action. Decisions may include a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue. FullSend 22 VCC Co. follows the final determination made by the fulfillment partner, as they are responsible for production and quality control.
Non‑Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items ordered in the wrong size
- Items returned without photo evidence of a defect
- Items damaged due to customer use or wear
- Buyer’s remorse or preference‑based returns
Please review size charts carefully before placing an order.
Order Issues and Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or a product that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Our fulfillment partner will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FullSend 22 VCC Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Processing Time for Claims
Most claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required photos are submitted. Replacements are shipped as soon as approval is received from our fulfillment partner.
